Metallica Limited Edition Turntable
As anticipated and seen at the high end, the new Metallica Limited Edition Turntable specs are officially available.
Metallica has reached out Pro-Ject to make their exclusive Metallica-themed turntable. “When James, Lars, Kirk, and Robert reached out to us and chose Pro-Ject as their partner for a Metal-lica-themed record player, we said:“F * CK YEAH!“
The Surface is treated with a mirror-finished metal logo contour that gives the player its distinctive look. The S-shaped tonearm is fitted with a detachable SME headshell to allow quick cartridge changes. Out of the box, the turntable comes pre-adjusted with Pro-Ject Pick it S2 C cartridge.
Heavy glass platter
The glass platter is a heavy, zero-resonance design.
Which the manufacturer guarantees the tightest and most accurate playback speeds and at the same time allows you to see the turntable and all of its high-quality parts and build quality.
Aluminium sub platter, pulley and feet
The aluminum sub platter, an aftermarket upgrade, comes standard on the Metallica Limited model.
The aluminum sub-platter adds more mass to the entire platter and drive system, resulting in additional damping of noise and unwanted resonances.
The height adjustable feet allow exact level positioning regardless of the surface.
Speed
Change between speeds is easy with the toggle switch. With the supplied round belt for 78 rpm, you can also listen to your shellac records.

The s-shaped tonearm with an SME-type detachable headshell comes fitted with a Pick-it S2 C concorde cartridge.
Both tracking force and antiskating are adjustable for future upgrades.
